Who am I?

With a total of 30 plus years in the industry and 7 years as a Florida State Health Inspector I bring a unique perspective to the Food Safety course. I have kept current with the new laws and regulations and the certification of food safety. Due to my extensive training that focused on food safety in the field, I am able to utilize my experience to convey proper food handling practices.

Why?

Food Safety Certification is required for all establishments providing food to the public.

The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Manager course provides food industry personnel with the knowledge and skills they need to safely handle food for human consumption. During this course I will teach the current regulations and requirements in the field of food safety as recommended in the FDA Food Code followed by the Food Manager Certification Exam recognized nationwide
